How do you ensure the freshness of my order during shipping?
All our baked goods are made to order and flash-frozen before being packed in insulated containers with dry ice or gel packs to ensure they arrive at your doorstep as fresh as they left our kitchen.
Can I schedule a delivery for a specific future date?
Yes, during the checkout process, you can select a preferred delivery date from our calendar. We recommend scheduling your delivery 1-2 days before your event to account for any carrier delays.
Do you offer gluten-free or vegan options?
We offer a curated selection of gluten-friendly and vegan pastries. Please note that while we take precautions, all items are prepared in a facility that also processes wheat, dairy, and nuts.
What is your return policy for food items?
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot accept returns. However, if your order arrives damaged or if there is an error, please contact our support team within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
How should I store my bakery items once they arrive?
Each order includes a specific care card. Generally, cakes and cupcakes should be refrigerated, while cookies and brownies can be kept at room temperature in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
Do you provide custom orders for weddings or large events?
Absolutely! For custom designs, tiered cakes, or large event catering, please use our 'Custom Order' contact form at least 4 weeks in advance to secure your date.
